Has anyone received their state refund in Colorado? We've been waiting 10 weeks for my fiancee and 6 weeks for me, but there's been no change to our tracker and no refund

The site says allow 2-6 weeks for processing but we have and we've gotten nothing to say why we haven't gotten it. Does anyone know of someone we can contact to find out what is going on? Or is this a normal thing for Colorado and we just have to keep waiting for them to get their stuff together?

CO has had a lot of issues this year.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.  Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.
