Has anyone received their prepaid card yet? Or do you have to wait until you get an DD?

No you don't have to wait until the IRS or state deposits your applicable refunds to receive your Turbo Visa Debit Card. You will typically receive the Turbo Visa Debit Card in the mail in 5-10 business days (remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days).

I haven't received my card yet its been its been more than 10days

I got accepted 1/28 its 2/21&still no card

Please visit TurboDebitCard.com or call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169 to check the address we have for you, update your address, or have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days.
