If refund was offset for state of Ohio how long should it take to receive my federal refund ?

Generally, having an offset does not delay your return. The date given on the IRS site is the same date that you should receive any remaining funds from your refund. If you do experience a delay, it may be a result of other question or items that need reviewing by the IRS.

I have unemployment offset. Will this delay my refund? Does Unemployment just take the amount owed and I get my remainder. This sucks not having any answers.
