I am having trouble fixing this error message. If Form 8283, 'OriginalNoncashSSN' has a value, then 'FamilyPassThroughEntityInd' must be checked. I have reviewed this multiple times today and the line is blank. How to I proceed?
Turbotax keeps telling me it is corrected and everytime I resubmit it gets rejected.

This form is related to your non-cash charitable contributions. Go back to the 'Deductions and Credits' section of your federal return and review your donations. If you have made significant donations then a lot of details are required. If you haven't then you need to delete the information in the donations section because it is triggering that form.
I have determined there is a flaw that added my name and counted as a pass through on the second copy of form 8283. It wasn't on the first and third forms. There was no way to remove it. I made some adjustments and now it has been accepted. Thanks for the help.
I am having the same issue with the program where my name was inadvertently added on the line just below the name on the return. It is not a family pass-through situation. I think this line should be blank; however since the program added it, it suggests the family pass-through entity box also needs to be checked. Can't figure out how to clear the line with my name on it.
I am updating my post from a few hours ago. I want to thank a community member for recommending a fix by going in to "Forms", selecting the form from the list of forms in my return and having the opportunity to strike the information causing the rejection through that process. I made the correction and re-submitted my returns which no longer are carrying the erroneous information. Thank you.
I am having the same issue. What did you do to fix it?
This error is caused by an entry in your non-cash charitable contributions. Form 8283 is required when your noncash donations exceed $500. You should go back and review your noncash donation entries, follow the instructions below:

Never use Turbo Tax again. DO NOT USE "it's deductible" as it will not populate the specific details about the contributed property or date acquired. You must enter manually but DO NOT ADD additional items as the information will NOT be populated.
Are you importing the information from It'sDeductible correctly?
Scroll down when you get to the “My tax breaks” table. There is a “More tax breaks” button below the table. Once you press the more breaks button search for charitable donations and there you will see the start button and from there the import question comes up.
So you know, I started this process Sunday. Have not had issues for the last 20 years using Turbo Tax. Did not import, inputed manually. After ~10 failed attempts to correct myself, spent two hours on-line with Tech support last night who validated “it’s Deductible” didn’t function properly. They escalated to next level support who also had no idea why date obtained “various” was not being populated. Spent time entering in donations manually, not using “Its Deductible” which showed date obtained “various” correctly on a PDF file, but was immediately rejected when transmitting to IRS. Ended up deleting all Non-charitable deductions - increasing taxes owed by ~$4,000. Add that on top of the “late filing fee” which will now be assessed for missing 4/15 deadline. It’s Deductible was the only reason I used “broken” Turbo Tax. Taxes “accepted” by not maximizing my deductions.
