So you know, I started this process Sunday. Have not had issues for the last 20 years using Turbo Tax. Did not import, inputed manually. After ~10 failed attempts to correct myself, spent two hours on-line with Tech support last night who validated “it’s Deductible” didn’t function properly. They escalated to next level support who also had no idea why date obtained “various” was not being populated. Spent time entering in donations manually, not using “Its Deductible” which showed date obtained “various” correctly on a PDF file, but was immediately rejected when transmitting to IRS. Ended up deleting all Non-charitable deductions - increasing taxes owed by ~$4,000. Add that on top of the “late filing fee” which will now be assessed for missing 4/15 deadline. It’s Deductible was the only reason I used “broken” Turbo Tax. Taxes “accepted” by not maximizing my deductions. Interested in what the fine print says for 100% Guarantee and Accurate Calculations, Maximum Tax Savings means.
