filed feb 13 its now March 21

My return was accepted on Feb 13 i received a letter in the mail asking for paperwork i faxed the paperwork the next day. It is now March 21 and it still shows as only being accepted i have called the IRS only to be told the same thing it states on where's my refund. When can i expect my refund?

Expect the IRS to take a minimum of 9 weeks to process the return.
