After downloading and successfully installing the Home & Business version of the TurboTax software in January, I was able to create my return and have been working on it with no problems for the past 2 weekss. Until today. Now I'm getting this error 70001, I don't have multiple accounts or multiple instances of the software running on my machine.
Phone support appears to know less than even I do about this issue, and were no help. And I'm continuing to get this error when trying to open the software even after manually uninstalling, re-downloading, and re-installing.
