The “get my refund status” tells me it can’t give me information and the IR2go app says my information is wrong. What do I do to get the status of my refund

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.

Your federal refund amount is on line 20a of your Form 1040

It was happening to me for a long time, i filed head of household, but something told me to try single and it actually worked, i dpnt know what the hell going on but i filed head of household not single must be a glitch in WMR

I followed a users tip from above. Entered “single” instead of Head Of Household (like I claimed), and it worked finally! Told me still processing. Weird.. must be a glitch.

This is what mine does. It's been saying "processing" then all of a sudden said there was no record found. I did try the single instead of head of household and I have no bars up top it just says my return is processsing so I hope it really is processing!

Mines been saying this since it got accepted on the 28th....it has code 152 and that's it not code 9001 its crazy.

Yeah mine was accepted on February 6th and I never had problems until Saturday.
