When you go through the FILE section you can enter your bank account and bank routing number for a direct deposit.   Make sure you enter it correctly.   You cannot change it after you file your tax return.

In the File section of the program on Step 2 when you have a tax refund you can select Direct Deposit and enter the bank routing and account numbers.

I selected a date for my payment to IRS.  They haven't taken it out of the bank thus far.  Do I need to cancel and mail a check.

Funds are usually withdrawn on the payment date you select. However, during the busier season, there can be delays. If that date happens to fall on a weekend, the funds are typically withdrawn the next business day. If you still don't see the debit in your bank account 7–10 days after your return has been accepted contact your state Department of Revenue.

I just received my state return which was the correct amount in full but then I received a payment from TPG Products SBTPG LLC PPD that was less than half the amount I am suppose to be receiving. This is extremely frustrating as the IRS accepted my returns. I have read plenty of comments from people concerned and suspicious of turbotax for ripping people off and putting unnecessary charges on our order. I would like my refund corrected immediately or I will be forced to take legal action.

@alexisbarth222 Have you checked the IRS site to see if the IRS says they sent the refund amount that you expected?   Or is there a message there that says they reduced your refund?

Once a tax return has been filed and accepted the method or means to receive a tax refund cannot be changed.

Where can I add my banking info for direct deposits?  I had no problem in past years but this time I didn't see any place where I was asked for it.
