Solved for me!!!! I couldn’t get in for the longest time. Payment tool not available, info doesn’t match. I finally figured it out. I went to IRS.GOV and clicked “Get Your Tax Record,” and clicked “Get Transcript Online.” Setup an account if you don’t have one already. Once in, Click view transcripts. Click any reason, they all get you to the same screen. Once at the transcript screen, download your latest Record Of Account. Some info has been deleted for security purposes, but the partial address that is on file with the IRS is at the top. I used that address and got into the My Payment Tool without issues. Input my account info and stimulus will be deposited into my account within 5 days. Hope this helps.

I cant even get into create an account to get my tax transcript!! it says my info doesn't match ( last digits of credit card, student loan or auto loan) soooo frustrating!!! I give up
On the CC or loans you must be the primary on the account or it will not work ... also cannot use debit cards. AND you must use the address as written on the tax return down to the letter ... if the return says street you cannot enter just ST ... it is that picky.
That is true.my problem was even though the turbotax pdf did match the irs info...the difference was that the irs letters was all capital..where as the turbo info was liwer case letters...so i guess its safe to say the app is case sensitive
Just tried this for my husband (we do not file jointly) and it worked! For reference, he owed in 2018 (has not filed in 2019) and we were using the information from his 2018 transcript directly from the IRS but it was still saying it didn't match. We entered AGI "0" and his exact amount owed and it worked. Also, in order to gain access to the portal at all we had to enter our address in ALL CAPS.

The irs says they sent me a refund and Stimulus to acc. End in 5317 have not seen anything in mail
PROGRESS! I have made some progress!
So I live in a foreign address that was apparently TOO long for the actual IRS Documents.
Example) Somethingsomething 111-225, Somethingwowgoodneat
This would be my actual address in my TurboTax forms and on my official forms.
The IRS had something like
-------------> Somethingsomething 111-225, Somethingwow
The issue is that the address might be too long and the kind man was able to change my address back to my U.S for the purposes of the get my payment tool.
The most important is to be kind, patient, and cordial on the phone with the IRS. Ask them to confirm your address down to every last letter. Is it lowercase? Is it uppercase? Do they have / instead of a -?
Ask specifically for what the address is on the IRS records and cross check it with your turbotax tax returns.
**This helped me as the get my payment tool for 3 weeks kept stating that my records does not match the IRS ones.

Getting the same "information does not match our records" info. for the last couple weeks.
I live and work in Germany. Have been entering my info from my IRS form 1040. Finally changed it up and added my city in the address line. Voila, says my check has been mailed out on May 1st.
So, for you expats, try adding your city in the address line of Get My Payments app.
Try putting 0 as your agi. I was having the same issue and read this somewhere, it ended up working for me!

My dad is having the same issue.. says the information on file does not match.. except it is correct and he is on retirement disability. My mom received her money dad did not. Been looking all over the internet on the reason why. They contacted their local ss dept and were told to go to the website get my payment even after telling them it wasn't working.

The information given only tells me what I have already read. People like my dad who have received the message should be able to call and speak to some one. They are in limbo not knowing if they are even receiving a payment. You just gave me the same information the s.s. gave them. It does not help those who receive the notice that their information does not match the records on file.
