SOLVED:. You can go onto IRS website and request a free transcript after signing up for a free IRS account. I did and found out that the copy of the TurboTax PDF did not match what IRS had. Probably never using TurboTax again. I over payed $50 to govt because I owed money.

I didn't get my stimulas check an I filed my taxes using turbo tax so will my stimulas check come to this card or be maild
If you filed through TurboTax I would suggest you go to the IRS website and put in your info: https://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof-wmsp/notice
If the website says your information doesn't match you will have to go to the main IRS website and download a transcript of your tax return to get an exact match for the info, it's free to create an account to get the info.
I get social security disabilty and I get SSI. I tried to find out about my payment they said my information didn't match theirs. How do I fix it . I don't work I am eligible for the stimulus check.
Try entering ZERO (0) for your AGI, keep everything else the same, good luck
I was getting the same thing.try foing it excatly the way it is on your tax return.My problem was i was entering the info in lower case letters...when in fact on my return they was all capital letters....i finally got in.
We're not having a problem with getting our payment status it's when we try to enter our tax return information that we're getting an error message saying that information doesnt match their records which makes no sense because we're entering information directly from our 1040
If you are using the 1040 from TurboTax it will be wrong. You need to go to the IRS website and download a transcript of your tax return and use those numbers.

Thank you for starting this forum. I’m sorry I don’t have an answer for you, but you have given me peace of mind knowing that I’m not the only one having this issue and it’s not me/us it’s them.
I used the “Get my payment” app and input my info, it worked for the 1st week but after that it doesn’t work and I know that I am putting the exact same info as before without a doubt. So it’s not us it’s them/their website is trash.
No Luck either. I get to the enter your bank info part and it keeps saying its incorrect. I've tried to 0 in AGI, Ive tried maybe entering 2019 AGI, I'm looking at exactly what my tax return says. Its still saying incorrect. I GIVE UP and will just wait for my check in the mail at this point. When I try to even get the IRS transcript and sign up for an account to do so, It wont verify my info is correct either !!!!
Did you receive a refund last year via mail or direct deposit ? (Sorry if you already gave that answer somewhere in forum.)
No I didn't file last year
I know that it says it is supposed to come direct deposit, my mother is on social security with direct deposit, and she received a paper check instead. I am on disability and also get the info doesn't match. I have entered the info just as it appears on my return. I would say that the only consistency is, nothing goes the way it should.😐
