Colorado res. My State refund has been lost in the mail. I cannot get a hold of anybody in the office and it’s been three weeks. There are no available appointment times

Please somebody help me figure out how I can get my state refund I have no idea what to do?

If it was lost in the mail, you will need to resend it.  Use a mail service that tracks and tells you when it is received.

Or---do you mean the state says your refund was issued to you but you have not received it?   The state does not share any information with TurboTax after you file your tax return.  TurboTax cannot help with this.   You have to contact the state yourself to see how to put a trace on the refund.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.  Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.
