This is not the issue that I am having. It will not print my returns that I need to file my state taxes. I have no cryptocurrency that would be casing my issue. I checked and I am still not able to print my documents.

What is the TurboTax phone number? - Intuit
@shereemann
I'm using CoinTracker and was having the same problem! I did same as has been mentioned. On CoinTracker use the Tax Filling Software tab to download an aggregate gains/loss CVS for TurboTax. Then in Turbo Tax use the "Try Another Way" to upload that CVS. CoinTracker cover this...
If this happens, please follow these steps to manually upload your data from CoinTracker to TurboTax using a file export.
Good grief! Took me days to figure this out.
Thank you for sharing your resolution on this. @chacerace
Is there any chance that the issue will be fixed on time? The problems seem to appear after Tubotax takes its payment.
Same problem is still there with printing
"We're Having Trouble Printing Your Return
Sorry for the inconvenience, but TurboTax is experiencing a temporary problem printing returns.
We're working on the problem and expect to have it fixed shortly.
Please try again in a few moments."
Also, this leads to failure in submission.
While looking into this, the issue appears to be resolved.
Please try to e-file the return once more and if you are still having issues with e-filing and/or printing, please follow the instructions here to contact us by phone so we can better assist you. @taxpayerquestioner
The issue is still there. I will try to reach a specialist. Thank you.
@taxpayerquestioner Are you using the Online or Desktop program?
If you're using the Online program, you "may" be able to finish up doing a little computer trickery.
First, log out of your TurboTax account.
Then, clear the computer's cache and delete cookies.
Log back into your Intuit account to see if the issue is resolved. If not, maybe try a different web browser.
I am using online. I tried two browsers, cleared cache, and cookies too. Is there a desktop app for mac? Does it have a higher chance?
The issue still seems crypto. If there are many crypto transactions, then the printing and e-filing fails. Uploading csv or direct connection with Robinhood seems to generate too many records. Instead manually insert the total crypto Proceeds and Cost or Other Basis, which will consider just one total gain or loss. In that case, there is an option to attach the PDF version for Crypto (Form 1099 Composite in Robinhood Crypto) as proof.
That solved the issue for me.
@taxpayerquestioner I'm just thankful you solved the issue! I'm sorry this has been such an inconvenience for you. Hoping TT is more "ready" for crypto transactions in their 2022 programs.
OMG - THANK YOU - this worked!! I spent HOURS online with a tubotax rep and couldn't get it to go through and it was all due to having too many crypto transactions.
Just encountering this issue today. I wish I used google instead of listening to "clear your cache and cookies" again and again, goodness! Disappointing to see this issue has been out this long and Turbotax has done nothing to fix it. I guess the workaround is the only way. Certainly won't have paid or wasted my time if I knew this is the additional work required of me.
Hey Kat, I am having the same problems the other guys had. I tried using different browser and computers without any luck.
