I'm using CoinTracker and was having the same problem! I did same as has been mentioned. On CoinTracker use the Tax Filling Software tab to download an aggregate gains/loss CVS for TurboTax. Then in Turbo Tax use the "Try Another Way" to upload that CVS. CoinTracker cover this...
The automatic import between CoinTracker and TurboTax isn't working as expected. What should I do?
