No, you cannot put 1098E's from past years on your 2023 tax return. If you want to enter them, you can amend those past year returns. But you cannot get any additional refund for a tax year earlier than 2020. It is too late to amend 2018 or 2019 and get a bigger refund.

You can amend the last 3 years returns. The IRS will send the refund plus interest.
Once your original return is accepted and the finances are settled, you can file an amended return.
