After you file
This is the response I am getting when I click the "Access my funds" button in the email. The credentials are clearly different than on the TurboTax website, so they don't work. Attempting to create a new account depends on having the physical card. "Wait until the card comes" hardly seems like a reasonable response when the claim is to have online access to the card before it arrives. Judging by the replies in this thread, waiting until the card arrives is what we will all be doing. Otherwise, any help is appreciated.
