Thank you for the information. I was able to speak with someone and she was very knowledgeable about how to direct me and getting a new card. Just to be clear the wait time can be long I waited for 40 mins. but it was worth it so thank you for the information. Great information SForrestLO.
I need my card info. I still havent received it
I have tried everything I have not received anything and the call center is of no help to me why can't you guys just change my **bleep** address? I have proven it is me I feel like you are illegally holding my money I might as well use my 2018 and 2019 return to hire a lawyer.
Did you ever get this figured out?because I m having this same problem now... I haven't received my card and I ordered it earlier last week.. now I can't talk to a representative, just the dumb automated voice. They were supposed to changed my address and sent out the card the week before last week but they did not; nor did they change my address.. I called back last week cause I hadn't received my card and lo and behold they had not changed my address so she had it sent to my old addres...which I still haven't received my card
I finally got ahold of someone I can understand and she fixed it real quick when you call the number don't press 2 then it will repeat a couple times then follow the prompts hope this helps but it's really hard when you get someone with a language barrier.

Info from TurboTax for Debit Card
I have been calling since April 16th trying to get a new card sent to me. I’m at a different physical address than what is on file. I have emailed in the proper verifications (picture of drivers license and a bill in my name at my new address) and reps are claiming there are no attachments in my emails. But I’ve emailed the same message to multiple people and everyone can see the attachments except you guys. I’m out of work due to covid and my stimulus check is on this card. I have 3 children and bills to pay and no one can seem to help me get this card! You also can’t make an account online to change it unless you have the card number which I obviously don’t have. I was told the funds can’t be transferred to a different account. So now I’m out of this stimulus check because no one from this company can help me? Even though I’ve done everything that needs to be done on my end? This is honestly a joke.

Is there a way to unblock my current turbo card? If not, can I order another one with a temporary card # until it arrives? So I can get my stimulus deposited? I've spent the last 2 weeks bring told nothing until I was able to figure out why it kept telling me it was sent DD on January 4th. I needed the **bleep** money already a few days AFTER it was due to be in my account.

This is 2/2021. And I am having this same problem that people had last year! I received a. Email that stated that if I log in there will be a temporary card number to use until the the actual card comes in!! I have been on the phone with 5 people all morning... no one knows what the hell they are taking about! I got 5 different stories! Next year I won’t be using turbo tax
