After you file

I have been calling since April 16th trying to get a new card sent to me. I’m at a different physical address than what is on file. I have emailed in the proper verifications (picture of drivers license and a bill in my name at my new address) and reps are claiming there are no attachments in my emails. But I’ve emailed the same message to multiple people and everyone can see the attachments except you guys. I’m out of work due to covid and my stimulus check is on this card. I have 3 children and bills to pay and no one can seem to help me get this card! You also can’t make an account online to change it unless you have the card number which I obviously don’t have. I was told the funds can’t be transferred to a different account. So now I’m out of this stimulus check because no one from this company can help me? Even though I’ve done everything that needs to be done on my end? This is honestly a joke.
