Why do you think you need to resend the 2019 state tax return?

If you filed the 2019 state return and it was Accepted by your state there is no need to file the 2019 tax return again.  However, if there was an error on the 2019 state return then you will have to file an amended state tax return.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a state tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/amending/help/i-need-to-amend-my-state-return/00/26510

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

There was no mistake on my 2019 state tax return but however they contacted me saying they only received the first page of my return and nothing else. But I told them if they got that then they got it all.  Of course they said I had to resend the state again. They must have lost the other pages some how. Cause that’s when the pandemic started too.
