So i filed my taxes through TurboTax the day i was able to file. Apparently I am being Audited, so yes there is a delay. But then Covid hits and everything goes down hill. So now it is July 27th, 6 months after i filed my taxes and i have yet to receive a return or Stimulus. This equals a very decent return and stimulus as i claim my 3 kids. Any ways TurboTaX just hit me up for $80 for filing my taxes. Well TurboTax i have used your services for the last 3 years and have payed for Audit defense. So Maybe you do what i payed for and find out whats holding up my Audit and tax return??? Then we can both get payed. But yeah, honestly the Audit defense is obviously a joke as i have heard nothing from Turbo about it and you obviuosly are not defending my **bleep** money/taxes. Figure that out and you will receive your fee. But i shouldnt have to pay additional when i have yet to receive the money or the guidance your supposed to provide when a audit occurs.

Turbo Tax can't control when the IRS sends your refund or find out anything for you. Once they transmit your return to the IRS they are done with their part. Now it's only between the IRS and you.
Turbo Tax says......
We understand that these are unprecedented times and we’re committed to helping our customers who are experiencing hardships. If you’re in need of assistance, call us by the Tuesday prior to your debit date at 1-888-808-1723 to speak with a trained specialist and mention “auto-debit”, or visit TurboTax Support.
See this FAQ, it explains about why they will debit your bank account

Then when the IRS sends your refund they won't take the fees out again.
Here's a better link explaining it
did you contact Audit Defense? they get no info about audits unless you contact them.
The Audit Defense service is provided by TaxResources, Inc., also called TaxAudit.com, in partnership with TurboTax. If you paid for Audit Defense and you received an IRS notice, call TaxResources, Inc. at 877-829-9695, or report your IRS notice on their web site at http://intuit.taxaudit.com/. Do not contact the IRS until you have spoken to TaxResources. They may contact the IRS on your behalf.
Are you in fact being audited ?---it is too soon for an audit on a 2019 return--so if you are being audited it must be some earlier year. Or is your 2019 return under review? Being under review is not the same thing as an audit.
If you requested that your TurbTax fees be paid from your federal refund, you agreed to let TurboTax deduct its fees from your account if it took too long for you to get your refund or if your refund was offset for some reason. In your haste to file you may have overlooked that you were agreeing to that-- but you did.
If you have received a letter from the IRS that you do not understand, you can get help to understand it:

AUDIT SUPPORT
TurboTax has a special phone number for help with IRS/state tax letters, which will be easier than going through regular Customer Support. At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support". Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter. Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.

I AM BEING AUDITED
If you purchased Audit Defense:

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive? Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account. TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.
