After green dot receives my refund and processes fees, how long will it take to transfer funds to my personal bank account?

i have my personal bank account info entered as a DD location after green dot pays fees for turbotax. how long will it take to hit my bank account after hitting green dot.

Normally, within a day. However, your bank may take a day or longer to credit the deposit

my money went into their account on the 3rd of feb.. it is now the 23rd.. where the f... is my money.

I have also tried their"support" line...the Cs option keeps their elevator music on and no one gets on the line... 3 days I have waited for 45 minutes... What a freaking joke

I have been waiting for 4-5 days now for it to hit my bank as well.  I have called the bank they say that they don't have it yet and I have tracked my refund on the irs website and said it was sent on the 18th it's now the 24th this is ridiculous. It wasn't like this last year when I used turbo tax. GET WITH IT TURBO TAX!

I don't freaking get it! IRS says my refund was released days ago but your Greendot.com company says it doesn't have my refund. The IRS gave me the account and routing numbers so I know it was deposited. I am beyond mad. No more TurboTax. Last time.

This is a lie my money was received on Feb 13th it's now March 11th and money hasnt been transferred.  Even though both TurboTax and Green Dot Banks fees have been deducted.  I will never use Turbo Tax again

I didn’t have this issue last year either I chose to have mine mailed this year I went with direct deposit because they said it’s faster but my refund was sent out to them from the irs and they haven’t deposited my money into my account I don’t think I’ll use them again next year because it’s bad enough we have to wait so long in the first place
