TurboTax has NOTHING to do with issuing your third stimulus check or your monthly child tax credit payments.

Those payments are being issued by the IRS.    TT cannot "advocate" for you to get those payments or do anything to speed up the IRS for you.

TurboTax cannot track your 3rd stimulus or tell you when it will arrive.  The IRS is issuing 3rd stimulus checks on its own timetable.

You can use the IRS Get My Payment site to see what is expected for your 3rd stimulus check:

Agreed!! Same issue here. Got first and second DD no problem. Got my tax refund Feb 23rd.. but still remain eligible with no date… if there was any time I could use this money, right now would be it!! Sadly we can’t even get an explanation as to why we have no date. Smh 😔

I'm still waiting as well...zero information.  FIrst stim in 2020 was paid direct deposit by IRS, second stim was paid direct deposit by Turbo Tax's bank TPG Santa Barbara, now waiting for the third.  Rumor has it that IRS paid to Intuit by mistake and they are holding the cash.

Same here. It’s August and I still don’t have a payment date. I got the first two deposits on the first day!

@willwwhitney Lots of users have posted to this thread---so we cannot be sure what you are asking about.   TurboTax has no control over when the IRS issues your stimulus check if that is what you are asking about.  Only the IRS is in control of your stimulus check or your tax refund.

If you didn’t receive a third Economic Impact Payment, you may be eligible to claim a Recovery Rebate Credit on your 2021 federal tax return.

In TurboTax,The Recovery Rebate Credit will be found in the Federal Review section.

To claim the Credit:

1.  Enter all your federal return information as you would normally
2.  During the Federal Review, we’ll check if you meet the requirements for the stimulus payment
3.  If you meet the requirements, you'll see the Did you get a third stimulus? screen
4.  Answer a few questions about any payments you've already received and then we'll let you know if the Recovery Rebate Credit applies

I didn't get my third stimulus check because I had a fraud case on my old direct Express debit card  and I want too know if I can get my third stimulus check deposited into my preferred Credit Union Bank account in grand rapids Michigan

If you need to trace a payment that the IRS says has been issued to you, mail or fax a completed IRS Form 3911, Taxpayer Statement Regarding Refund.
