2018 extension

I filed an extension for my 2018 taxes but need a copy of that extension. when i log into my turbo tax account it says i haven't filed my taxes yet and that there are no documents. please help!!

You are likely in the wrong account, then.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
