Cannot access forms and worksheets

Yes, I have read the prior posts on this but I cannot add a state or access all of my forms and worksheets. How do I access all of my forms and worksheets? I can print the forms but have no way to see the worksheets. Very frustrating. Considering canceling TurboTax and going to an accountant as this is frustrating and NOT what I initially liked about TurboTax.

Are you trying to see your 2023 return with all of the forms and schedules?   With online TurboTax you do not have direct access to the forms and schedules until you pay your fees.     Before then, you can only preview your 1040 and the three schedules.

    PREVIEW 1040

    https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1901539-how-do-i-preview-my-turbotax-online-return-before-filing

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

When you use the CD/download, that software has Forms Mode and you can see all of the forms and schedules at any time.

    No I'm not looking for 2023 - I am looking for 2022.

And yes, I know you can't see the forms for 2023 until you pay. Not sure I will use TurboTax again this year after all the frustration with their phone robot and AI that doesn't work.

You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Start a 2023 return online and enter some personal information  so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

You can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $43, an actual copy of your tax return.

    SAVE YOUR TAX RETURN !

EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records.  That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.

NOTE:  TurboTax and the IRS save returns for seven years.  Returns older than seven years are purged.
