AGI rejection....if I resubmit....will my payment be charged twice as my payment is showing pending on my credit card

rejected return but my payment is showing on card....if I re-file will I be charged twice?

You should not be charged a second time for re-submitting a rejected return. But if by chance you are, TurboTax will gladly refund any duplicate charges.
