I have TurboTax Premier and am filing electronically. I understand the 19.99 fee for state filing, but why am I being charged another 19.99 for my federal refund?

That didn't answer my question. WHY is there a $19.99 charge associated with my federal refund. Federal filing is supposed to have been included in the cost of TT Premier.

I did answer your question. I believe that the SECOND $19.99 you're seeing (beside your Federal Refund) is the TOTAL of your TurboTax fees (for the state e-file). Move on to the next screen and see what you see.
