Have only received 2 of my 3 1099b's from computershare. What to do

You need to get the missing 1099B before you can file. You have several options

wait and see if the missing one arrives (you have until 4/15 to file and can get an extension until October)
can call computershare and have replacements sent.
Go to their website ( https://www.computershare.com/us/information-for-tax-filing ) and signup to get the 1099b's online.
import your 1099s directly into turbotax (see below for how to do that)
