You need to get the missing 1099B before you can file. You have several options
- wait and see if the missing one arrives (you have until 4/15 to file and can get an extension until October)
- can call computershare and have replacements sent.
- Go to their website ( https://www.computershare.com/us/information-for-tax-filing ) and signup to get the 1099b's online.
- import your 1099s directly into turbotax (see below for how to do that)
