I won a jackpot at cherkey in west salom springs in 2019 lost the w-2 to fill on it and forgot to do it can you help with this

No we cannot help.  TurboTax has no way to get your W-2G from a casino.  You need to ask the casino for another copy of the W-2G.

no need to enter payor and EIN unless there was withholding. enter as other income no W-2G
