Can I use e file for my 2017 and 2016 taxes?

I want to use efile for my 2017 and 2016 taxes. I did them on turbotax but I never sent my 2016 taxes and my 2017 was rejected. I've also changed address so would I have to go back and amend them?

Sorry you can't efile prior year returns.  You have to mail each year in a separate envelope.  You do not amend a return that wasn't filed.

I've moved several times. On my returns they're showing a different address. Do I have to use my current address?
