My e-file says that form 8606 is non-deductible IRA's are not available to file until 2/15/2018. Can I print 7 mail my return even though that form is not ready to file?

My stepdaughter's mom claimed my step-daughter and it was not here year to claim, it was ours. She has already filed and is going to file amendment, so ours should get declined anyway. I read on the Q & A's it says to mail in if this happens.

You can not file at all if you need the 8606.   The printed 8606 will say do not file.
