Yes, you can file your taxes online. You have to mark the box that someone else can claim you in order for it not to be rejected.

In the "My Info" section. On your left panel.

You can file your own tax return. But if you are a dependent on your parents' return you have to say in My Info that you can be claimed as a dependent on someone else's tax return.
