How do I answer the question of a parent . I am legal guardian to my son of my heart, but am his grandmother. There is no other parent and no one can claim him

There is no need of agreement since I have cared for him 17 plus years. How do i answer the question about parent agreement

You can answer no to the Parent Agreement.  This will not affect anything.  It is only relevant in certain situations when there could possibly be another parent trying to claim them.
