I did not receive a 1099 from Uber, can I file with my year end summary document instead?

The company is only sending 1099 forms to employees who earned over $20,000.  Is the year end summary document acceptable to use to file?

Yes, you can declare how much income you made using the existing documents you have if you don't expect to receive a 1099-MISC or 1099-K. You will add this into TurboTax by

• Logging into your TurboTax online account
• Click Take me to my return or pick up where I left off
• Click the Income & Expenses tab (at the top), go down to all income and scroll until you see Self Employment
• Click Start or revisit, then click add a new one to add the Uber business, then click add income for this work on the next screen.
•  Click the button next to Additional income and other income. Includes 1099-K, cash, checks, and other income to add the income from your year end summary document.
