My son goes to a Parochial school. I pay for before and after care to accommodate my work day. Because they are a Religious Organization are they tax exempt?

Yes. Put "Tax-Exempt" where it asks for the EIN.
This, from IRS Publication 503, Child and Dependent Care Expenses:
You don't have to show the taxpayer identification number if the care provider is a tax-exempt organization (such as a church or school). In this case, enter "Tax-Exempt" in the space where Form 2441 asks for the number.
