My husband was incarcerated all of 2018. Can I still file Married Filing Jointly?

Yes.  As long as you were still married at the end of 2018, you can still file Married Filing Jointly, assuming that your husband agrees with this decision. 

You could also mutually agree to file Married Filing Separately.
