Just verified over the phone! They ask ALOT of questions from your W2, mothers maiden name, fathers name and place of birth! She said this is a systematic thing since more and more fraud is happening! Up to April 15th to get refund

Got home.no letter said it takes up to.14 days to receive and wed.will be 14 days

@mjohnston8816 , did they actually pull up your account and verify you before saying there’s no letter? I had agency’s very me and then some who didn’t who just gave me a general response

When I tried to access wmr through the phone system it sent me to a lady who asked me all these questions. Place of birth, mothers maiden name info from 2017 returns

@traceyra , yep that means your return hasn’t been processed! I got the same thing! Just received a letter to Id verify last night! It will delay the refunds

I had the letter to verify last year and i verified it on a tuesday, my stuff updated with my DDD that saturday. it may not take 9 weeks.
