Hi, I was given my W2 2019 form, however my employer put the wrong SSN. I reached out to have it fixed, but have not received an update. I read on the IRS website you can have them ask your employer for a W-2c form, however because of the COVID problems IRS will be unavailable to help me obtain the paperwork. I filled out the Form 4852, filled it out as per my 2019 W-2, however I read that the Form 4852 cannot be submitted electronically. Is there anyway I can do my taxes as soon as possible since it will be the only way to receive help for the time being with the stimulus. This will be my first year filing taxes.

You don't need to file Form 4852 if the only thing wrong on your W-2 form is your social security number and the employer has agreed to fix it when they are able.
You can delete the Form 4852 and file your W-2 as it is, except use your correct social security. Your refund may be delayed due to the employer's error, but you will be able to e-file and get your stimulus payment.
This is how to delete your Form 4852:
