With higher income in 2022, the sales tax deduction calculator on irs.gov says I can deduct $3372.86. Turbo tax has calculated it at $2383. How do I edit it on turbotax?

I am not sure how to make this question more detailed? How do I edit the Turbotax's estimated sales tax deduction to use the higher IRA-approved amount? Thanks

Did you enter your state and correct sales tax rate for 2021?

You should get the same result.

If you want to provide more details, provide the state(s) you lived in, your family size and income.

See below for definition of income.

If you want to check the calculation manually, refer to Schedule A - Instructions, starting on page 4.

My guess is that your entries on the web site are different than your entries in Turbotax.

From the above internet site"

"Your 2021 income is the amount shown on your Form 1040 or 1040-SR, line 11, plus any nontaxable items, such as the following.
Tax-exempt interest.
Veterans' benefits.
Nontaxable combat pay.
Workers' compensation.
Nontaxable part of social security and railroad retirement benefits.
Nontaxable part of IRA, pension, or annuity distributions. Don't include rollovers.
Public assistance payment"
