Has anyone ever been under review for Federal Return?

Im like wtf turbo tax clearly i had it deducted from refund because i didnt have the funds then...now you email saying you know i STILL dont have my funds but you want your fees? I WANT MY DAMN REFUND SO THERE IS NO WINNER HERE HUH TURBO TAX!!!!!!!!!

Wow...that's crazy. They politely waited until I got cleared for my refund because they took their portion. I would call them to find out what happened and give them a piece of your mind! It's too much to try to figure out why you're under review and for another company to send an email about payment!

Same here! Under review and I got a email from turbo tax wanting the payment. It's suppose to come out of my federal return!!!

my letters states iam under revenue for income reported on my return with holdings reported on my return also credits reported on my return my letter states I don't need to send anything in to them so that's why  I was surprised abouth the email

@shealowther when did u file?? I filed feb 4,, they said it went under review as of Feb 15,,,then I got a letter March 5,,and they said count 45 days from March 5,,, I'm so over it

iam in the same situation  was told I went under review feb 26 didn't get my letter until march 5 and that my 45 days started from march 5 date this shits crazy

@williams.marion3 .... so that's like April 19th right...... do you know of anyone who went under review. .. my brother did... and he said they asked him to submit w2 forms because he needed to prove who he was because he moved to many times in the year, with different addresses

i got my letter on the 8 but it was dated from the 5 of march i only know of people being under review from this site this is a first for me ive been filing my taxes over 40 years with no problem my letter states i don't need to do anything just verifying information on my return

I was told the first time I was under review Feb 15th but when I got my letter, it said from March 8th. So there’s no telling what’s going on.
