You can prepare and file a Form 1040--that is a tax return. Weill you receive a tax refund? We do not know since we cannot see your screen or access your return or your account. After you have prepared your Form 1040 LOOK at it and see if it has a refund on line 20 or tax you owe on line 23.

And TurboTax provides a "refund monitor" you can see--which will not mean anything until you enter everything.
