A 1095A is sent to you if you had health insurance from the marketplace----"Obamacare"---from healthcare.gov. If you did not have that kind of health insurance you do not have anything to enter about a 1095A except the answer NO when you are asked if you have one.
And....if your ONLY income was Social Security you are not required to file a tax return.
Who has to file?

If you have insurance through the Marketplace, then yes, you will need to. If you only get Social Security, then generally you would not need to file a tax return. However, if you do and you have insurance through the marketplace, then you would need to file a return to reconcile the Advanced Premium Tax Credit amount received with the amount you should have received.
Your Social Security benefits are reported on a SSA-1099 you receive from the Social Security Administration. If you have Medicare for your health care you will NOT received a Form 1095-A.
The Form 1095-A is only for having health care insurance through one of the State Marketplace Exchanges or from healthcare.gov.
