Will I get my refund back in less time if I choose "file by mail"? Is there any benefit or negative to filing by mail?

It takes much longer for the IRS to process your paper return versus your electronically e-filed return. When you mail in a return, the IRS agent has to manually enter it. It will also take much longer to get your refund.

I was charged the amount I'm supposed to get back from federal because of a dropped negative sign and my account is massively overdrawn. How can this be fixed? HELP!!
