If the payments were not included on your letter 6419 that reported the amount you received, then yes, you will get that amount included with your refund. If they are included on your letter reporting the amount of advanced payments you received, you would need to contact the IRS to find out what happen to those payments and get them to reissue the payments. You can contact the IRS at 800-829-1040.
