This is Columbus Day--- a banking and mail holiday, and perhaps also a day off for customer support.

TurboTax commonly shows conflicting hours for support, depending where you look.   They change it periodically throughout the year and don't always update the info on various pages in a timely fashion.

For instance, the FAQ linked above says they close at 5 PM Pacific.

The very link on your website that you click on to get help says otherwise. It is not reasonable to expect people to check the FAQs for alternative times when the link that they are taken to says customer support is provide until 9 PM. If you’re going to cut down your hours, you need to change it everywhere that it is stated, but most particularly on the FIRST link that shows when a customer tries to submit a request.

We are fellow users here.  This is a user community forum--not TurboTax Support.   We know what you are talking about and agree. Unfortunately, TurboTax won't see your message here.   TurboTax employees typically only appear in the forum from December or January to April 15.  

I agree the support hours are displayed inconsistently in various places.  I don't know which one is correct.   I've quit posting support hours in any of my comments, because I never know for sure.   I've complained to TurboTax several times in the past about showing wrong or conflicting support hours.   Sometimes they correct them, sometimes not so much.    And so it's often not clear what the current support hours are.   They also extend support hours at certain times of the year; i.e., they are open longer and 7 days/week generally from December or January to April 15.      With the extended filing deadline coming up soon, it's possible they will have extended hours this week (and possibly this next weekend)...or perhaps not.

I'll see if one of the Champs, such as @xmasbaby0 can ask a Moderator what their support hours are this week prior to extended filing deadline and the next few weeks after the deadline and ask them to correct whichever one is wrong.
