Click her name in MY INFO  and go slowly and carefully through the screens to find where you may have accidentally clicked a wrong answer about her citizenship or immigration status.

Does she get Social Security?  There is a new question this year asking if you lived in a foreign place.  People have been answering it wrong or skipping it.  Go back through the Social Security entries.
