Why is the "other expenses" amount on line 19 of schedule E not prorated by the fraction from line 2? It was in previous years.

If the program does not prorate the expense, you can do it manually and enter the result as a miscellaneous expense.

Well sure, one can usually trick TurboTax into doing things correctly, but it did it correctly last year so I was wondering if something has changed, plus I thought providing feedback now might be useful in letting them know that there is a bug this year.
