Why is my screen freezing when it gets to deductions and credits?

This seems to be an issue with Chrome users, so try a different browser (not not IE).

Why is my screen freezing when it gets to deductions and credits?

I can't get past deductions and credits.  it keeps coming back to it.  I have cleared history, cache, cookies and tried chrome and safari.  Totally stuck.  Help!
