Why is my return not submitted, but my credit card has been authorized for payment of federal taxes?

I received a screen that says my card cannot be authorized so my return was not filed. I have checked my credit card company and it has been authorized for the amount due.

Trying to submit a return. Turbotax message says the submission is a duplicate. Then says they could not find a federal return that matches. Both submitted at SAME TIME.
