Why is my payment confirmation not going through?

credit card info is correct. card option is selected. I clicked "confirm payment" but nothing happens

Why is my payment confirmation not going through?

If your payment is not going through I have listed some steps below that may correct this issue.

 

You can try:

  • Logging out and back in to force a refresh
  • Clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Click here for How to clear your cache. Click here for How do I delete cookies?
  • Try using a different Web browser
  • Make sure your internet connection is strong
